Essential Employee Program

We care about our community. A portion of our apartment homes here at Encore Crossings have been reserved for moderate to middle-income, critical workforce such as teachers, first responders, as well as employees in healthcare & hospitality, school districts & government offices. Our Essential Employee Program allows these employees to live in the community where they work. Book a tour or contact us today to learn more.

DO I QUALIFY FOR THE ESSENTIAL EMPLOYEE PROGRAM?

All applicants will need to complete our standard application and meet our rental requirements. Income restrictions will adjust for our apartments reserved for this program based on the number of household member living in the apartment.

INCOME QUALIFICATIONS

In addition to our 2.5x monthly rent requirement, applicants will be qualified based on gross annual income and the number of household members living in the apartment. See chart.
